Homework #4

Today we talked about time in different societies and the English words associated with them. For homework, answer the following question:

The English language has many proverbs and sayings about time.
1. Time is money.
Time is very important. You can't stop time.

2.A stitch in time saves nine.
You should practice before you do something. If you prepare well, you can make a good start.

3.There's no time like the present.
Now is the best time to start. Unless you start now, you will regret.

4. Fashionable late.
You should wear what you like. Because fashion is always changing. You are the only one in this world.

Please explain what you think are the meanings of each of the 4 expressions.
